7 - Expiration date of the passport

8 - Flight reference and the date of arrival and departure of the trip.

After landing, you take the printed permission, 2 passport photos and the completed form to go directly to the Immigration office, right at the airport arrival gate, before taking the luggage. After the presentation of these sheets on Immigration Office, the wait can take one 30 minutes or an hour to get the Vietnam visa on arrival, depending on the number of requests.

You pay 25 USD per person (USD preferably) directly to the immigration police by taking the invoice and checking the date stamped in your passport: the duration of Vietnam visa on arrival is one month from your arrival in Vietnam. The Vietnam visa costs you 90 USD if you get it at your country.

New Vietnam visa on arrival policies:

From 07/01/2015 to 30/06/2016, citizens of Great Britain, France, Germany, Spain and Italy have been exempted from Vietnam visa on arrival or Vietnam visa for stay of up to 15 days during from simple entry to Vietnam, regardless of the type of passport or the purpose of entry.

Previously, Vietnam visa has been exempted for citizens of 7 countries: Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Russia.

Since 30/06/2016, Vietnam visa on arrival or Vietnam visa has been exempted until 30/6/2017 for citizens of five countries: England, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. This exemption is applied with a stay in Vietnam that does not exceed 15 days, regardless of the type of passport or the purpose of entry but the simple entry.

Vietnam visa on arrival continues the exemption applied for travelers coming from Western Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain between 1/7/2017 until 30/6/2018 if their stays in Vietnam do not exceed 15 days but with single entry.
